Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to promote the increase, production and use of renewable thermal energy to protect the climate and the environment as well as to promote the use of the related technologies in such a way improving the sustainable supply of energy. The present Law consists of 10 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Sphere of application (2); Definition of terms (3); Use of thermic energy in new buildings (4); Consumption of thermic energy (5); Supporting documents (6); Experts (7); Competent authorities (8); Penalties (9); Entry into force (10).
