Abstract

These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 to introduce a tiered tariff and an annual cap of 400,000 kWhth for eligible heat payments for installations accredited before a specified date falling within the small or medium commercial biomass installations in Schedule 3A.
