Abstract

These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: definitions; eligible installations generating heat from solid biomass; eligible installations which are combined heat and power (CHP) systems; eligible installations which are new solid biomass CHP systems; certification for installation of Microgeneration heating equipment; applications for accreditation; periodic support payments to producers of biomethane and other periodic support payments; and biomethane tariffs.
