For the purpose of ensuring its revisions, this Regulation expires on 31 January 2020.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Climate Change and Emissions Management Act (S.A. 2003, c. C-16.7). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the standard for the production and distribution of renewable fuels produced from renewable resources. The text consists of 25 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Renewable fuels standard and requirements (1); Reporting, records and greenhouse gas validators (2); Enforcement (3); Transitional, expiry and coming into force (4).
