Abstract

These Regulations place restrictions on the sale of soya beans produced in or imported into South Africa and placed on the domestic market. The Regulations also define quality grades of soya beans and prescribe quality standards for each grade, prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling of soya beans and make provision for sampling, testing and inspection of soya beans.
