Abstract

These Regulations place restrictions on the sale of commodities derived from the processing of maize produced in or imported into South Africa and placed on the domestic market. The Regulations also define quality grades of maize products and prescribe quality standards for each grade, prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling of maize products and make provision for sampling, testing and inspection of maize products.
