Abstract These Regulations prescribe health warnings on container labels, language requirements, and prohibited statements on labels. Container labels for alcoholic beverages must contain one of the health warnings set out in Schedule A of these Regulations. Declarations or information specified in regulation 4 shall not appear on any container label of an alcoholic beverage.
