Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 15(1) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972, require the sale of foodstuff which has been deliberately exposed to ionising radiation to be approved by the Minister or the Director-General of the National Department of Health in writing.
