They also concern labelling of foodstuffs containing sweeteners. All colourants shall comply with the latest Specifications of Identity and Purity issued by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives, and, in the absence of such specifications, with the latest edition of the Food Chemicals Codex.
