Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 15 of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972, prohibit the use in further manufacture of food of any processed foodstuffs or food that has been already exposed for sale and which is unsound. Such processed foodstuffs shall not be treated or repackaged for sale as food for human consumption.
