Abstract

These Regulations prohibit the sale of eggs for human consumption unless they meet quality standards as prescribed by these Regulations. The Regulations also: define quality grades of eggs and prescribe quality standards for each grade, prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling of eggs and make provision for sampling, testing and inspection of eggs.
