No. 879 that may have a detrimental effect on the environment in respect of areas forming the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area. Those activities include: disturbance of vegetation, dredging, dune stabilisation and earthworks. An application for a permit shall be made to local authorities and shall be accompanied by an environmental impact assessment. The content of such assessment is defined by this Notice.
