Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen reservoir dam safety management. The Text consists of 34 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Dam construction (II); Dam management (III); Dangerous dam treatment (IV); Legal liabilities (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
