These Regulations enter into force on 1 December 2011.
Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to carry out special protection for the basic grasslands, strengthen the ecological protection and construction of grasslands, and promote the sustainable development of economy and society. The Text consists of 43 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Planning and Delineation (II); Protection and Utilization (III); Supervision and Inspection (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
