These Regulations entered into force on 1 July 2010.
Abstract

These Regulations aim at strengthening the administration of animal epidemic prevention, preventing, controlling, and exterminating animal epidemics, safeguarding the production safety of the breeding industry, protecting public health and life safety, and maintaining normal social orders.
