These Regulations are enacted to protect and improve the water environment of the Han River Basin, prevent water pollution, ensure drinking water safety and public health, promote green development and high-quality development, and promote the construction of ecological civilization The Regulations consist of 8 Chapters: General Provisions; Plans and Standards; Water Pollution Prevention and Control; Water Ecological Restoration; Guarantees, Supervision and Administration; Information Disclosure and Public Participation; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
