Abstract These Regulations aim to support and guide the development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives, regulate the norms and behaviour of such organizations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers' cooperatives and their members, and promote agricultural and rural economic development. This Law consists of 6 Chapters divided into 53 articles: General Provisions (I); Establishment and Registration (II); Membership, Organizational Structure and Financial Management (III); Guidance Services and Support Measures (IV); Legal Liability (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
