These Regulations enter into force on 1 December 2014.
Abstract

The objectives of these Regulations are to strengthen the construction and management of nature reserves, protect the natural environment and natural resources, and maintain the ecological balance. The Text consists of 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Planning and construction (II); Protection and management (III); Supervision and Inspection (IV); Legal liabilities (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
