These Regulations enter into force on 1 September 2003.
Abstract

These Regulations are formulated in order to strengthen the protection, increase, development and reasonable utilization of fishery resources, safeguard legitimate rights of fishery producers, and promote sustainable development of fisheries. The Text consist of 47 articles divided into 7 chapters: General provisions (I); Breeding management (II); Management of aquatic fingerlings (III); Management of fishing (IV); Increase and protection of fishery resources (V); Legal liabilities (VI); Supplementary provisions (VII).
