Such application shall be made in the prescribed form to the Director-General of Environmental Affairs. An application for a permit to dump radioactive waste or matter contemplated in Schedule 2 of the Act shall be accompanied by a approval certificate of the Atomic Energy Corporation. The Regulations also specify information that must be submitted to the Director-General if dumping in accordance with section 2(1) has taken place.
