Abstract These Regulations provides rules with respect to planning, construction and operation of watercourse structures so as to ensure that watercourse structures are adequately safe for people, the environment and property. “Watercourse structures” includes dams, waterways, diversion works, sluice systems and tunnels, shafts, pipes, channels and other systems that conduct water in connection with watercourse structures.
