Abstract

These Regulations provide for the management, administration, use, reproduction and protection of the forests and lands of the forest entirety. These Regulations consist of 8 Chapters divided into 173 articles: General provisions (I); Organization of the Forest Entirety (II); Reproduction of the forests (III); Using the forests and the lands of the forest entirety (IV); Protection of the forests and the lands of the forest entirety (V); Construction in the forests (VI); Financing the forestry (VII); Administrative and punitive provisions (VIII).
