Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (SC 2012, c 19, s 52) which provides for cost recovery to enable the Agency to recover from the proponent of a project certain costs incurred during the course of an environmental assessment. The Regulations set out the services and amounts for which the Agency can recover costs from the proponent of a project that undergoes an assessment by review panel. The text consists of 5 sections and 1 Schedule.
