Abstract

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to the grading, packing and marking of wheat intended for sale in the Republic of South Africa. The amendments concern definitions, purity of wheat and absence of foreign matters, quality standards for grades of wheat and sampling and testing methods. The Regulations also delete regulations 20 and 24 and modify table 1 of the Schedule.
