The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles, specifies the information to be contained in the Protocol of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate as regards the controls to be carried out on fruits and vegetables not intended for sale, in order to ensure compliance with environmental protection provisions at the time of biodegradation or composting of such products. Further the Regulation sets out provisions on transmission of such information to the competent institutions.
