Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Environment Quality Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the storage and disposal of used tires. The Regulation applies to any person or municipality storing used tires in an open-air site where that site contains at least 2 000 used tires. The text consists of 52 sections divided into 10 chapters as follows: Definitions and scope (I); Fire prevention and emergency measures plan (II); Revoked (III); Guarantee (IV); Revoked (V); Installations standards (VI); Protection of property used for tire storage (VII); Register (VIII); Penalties (IX); Transitional and final (X).
