Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to licences for groundwaters. Section 2 establishes that to obtain a licence, each well driller must fill in the form prescribed in Schedule B and send it in duplicate to the Minister. The Minister may also require of the petitioner any other information which he deems necessary. The text consists of 12 sections.
