Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the classes of aquaculture licences. Section 1 establishes that the classes of aquaculture licences are the following:1) a licence to operate a breeding pond; 2) a licence to operate a fish-tank for baitfish; 3) a licence to transport and stock; 4) a licence to transport; and a licence to extract roe and milt and to transport. The text consists of 9 sections.
