Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Environment Quality Act (R.S.Q., c. Q-2, s. 31.0.1). In particular, the purpose of the Regulation is to prescribe the charges payable for the disposal of residual materials in disposal sites which are, inter alia, sanitary landfill sites, incinerators for sludge, engineered landfills. Section 3 establishes that every operator of a disposal site must pay a certain disposal charge. The text consists of 14 sections.
