Abstract

The present Regulation applies to ozone-depleting substances and to any product containing any such substance listed in section 1. The text consists of 33 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Application (I); Manufacture, sale, distribution or use of an ozone-depleting substance (II); Pressurized containers that were used to hold an ozone-depleting substance (III); Recovery or recycling of an ozone-depleting substance (IV); Reports and registers (V); Penalties (VI); Final (VII). One Schedule is enclosed.
