Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Environment Quality Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the issuing of depollution attestation. The text consists of 22 sections divided into 5 chapters as follows: Application or reapplication for a depollution attestation or application to amend a depollution attestation (I); Public consultation (II); Depollution attestation (III); Obligation of the holder (IV); Final provisions (V).
