Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to forest royalties. One hundred and sixty-one forest tariffing zones are hereby established. Those zones are established for the fixing of the unit rates on which the dues prescribed by the Minister are based. The text consists of 16 sections divided into 2 Parts as follows: Forest tariffing (I); Value admitted as payment of dues for certain activities and progress report on forest management activities (II).
