This Regulation comes into force on 14 November 2002.
Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions related to animals that must be declared. In particular, all animals of all species must be set free if unharmed and alive. Section 2 lists the animals – wounded or dead - that must be declared and delivered to a wildlife protection officer so the officer may confiscate them. The text consists of 2 sections.
