This Regulation entered into force on 28 December 2010.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the list of active substances use of which is prohibited in plant protection products. The list is specified in the Annex and contains names of substances and their Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) numbers.
