This Regulation entered into force on 5 February 2005.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of five articles, lays down the prohibition of placing on the market and use of plant protection products containing certain active substances, in accordance with Council Directive 79/117/EEC prohibiting the placing on the market and use of plant protection products containing certain active substances. Names of these prohibited active substances and groups of active substances are specified in art. 2.
