This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to control, monitor, prevent, suppress and eradicate the highly pathogenic avian influenza infectious disease (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) hereby sets the rules and requirements as regards the official prohibition of import and transit of live animals and their deriving materials/products (to be applied on birds and livestock in general) from countries that are part of the list of sensible-potentially endangered areas (stipulated by the competent international institutions/bodies).
