This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to prevent the introduction of particularly dangerous infectious disease called the lumpy skin disease (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro), sets the measures prohibiting the import and transit through of the following: live cattle and wild ruminants; seeds, eggs and embryos of cattle; fresh meat of cattle, meat products and products produced from fresh beef meat; milk, milk, colostrum and colostrum products from cattle; skin of cattle and wild ruminants; untreated by-products derived from cattle and wild ruminants; only if they are originating and/or transported from/through Bulgaria, Macedonia and Greece (with the exception for products and consignments accompanied by the document which confirms that the cleaning and necessary disinfection was executed; protected from insect-vector injuries of the lumpy skin disease).
