This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to prevent the introduction of the Newcastle disease (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) hereby sets the bans as regards the introduction from the Republic of Bulgaria (also transport, transit) of various live animals such as birds, poultry, and many materials and/or products deriving from such animals, including meat, game trophies, eggs, and other foodstuff as listed in the text.
