Abstract

This Regulation states the following: The area of the Crimean pine forest on the southwestern slope of the Crnook mountain in southeastern Serbia is placed under protection as the Strict Nature Reserve "Jarešnik", which is classified in the I category of protected area of international and national, ie exceptional importance. The strict nature reserve "Jarešnik" is placed under protection in order to preserve the unique Crimean pine forest (Pinus nigra spp.pallasiana) in Serbia, which has survived on the extreme northwestern border of its range.
