Abstract This Regulation states the following: The Zlatibor mountain massif, which includes a vast natural whole in southwestern Serbia, in the area of Stari Vlach, in the eastern Dinarides, is declared as protected area of exceptional importance, classified into category (I) as Nature park called "Zlatibor"; the southern border of the Nature Park "Zlatibor" is the river Uvac with the coast, the western border coincides with the state border with Republika Srpska, towards the north the border goes the slopes of Mokra and Semegnjevska gora and the slopes of Gruda, bypasses Zlatibor and continues the northern slopes consists of the river Katušnica with the coast and the slopes of Murtenica. In the area of the Nature Park "Zlatibor", protection regimes of I, II and III degree are determined. This area is declared as protected in order to preserve the biodiversity and several present vegetative and animal species, as fully listed in article 2.
