Abstract This Regulation states the following: Tupižnica Glacier is a karst pit in the southern part of the Tupižnica Mountain in southeastern Serbia, which is placed under protection as a Natural Monument "Tupižnica Glacier" which is classified in category I as a protected area of national or exceptional importance. Natural Monument "Tupižnička icicle" was placed under a protection in order to preserve the representative landform and geology, geological, hidrogeographic and biological value of the karst pits as cave-object type static ice, types skiofita, the class habulica (Actaea spicata), geranium (Geranium macrorrhizum) and rabbit Soc (Oxalis acetosella), mosses, liverworts (Marchantia polymorpha) and arthropod species, snake comb ( Haasea guidononveilleri).
