Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down zootechnical and genealogical standards applicable to equidae, their semen, ova and embryos. These provisions apply to domestic animals of horse, donkey, zebra and to hybrids of these animals. This Regulation is composed of ten articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Pedigree status (Sec. 2); Conditions on marketing of breeding material (Sec. 3); Final provision (Sec. 4).
