Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 1 June 2009.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Federal Agriculture Act of 29 April 1998, the Viticulture Ordinance of 14 November 2007 and the Cantonal Agriculture Ordinance 25 May 2000. In particular, the present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned federal and cantonal legislation. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Wine-growing (2); Protected designation of origin (3); Final provisions (4).
