This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the safety requirements that are established in order to ensure a high level of protection and the maintenance of wildlife crossings (various types of crossings) over the public roads, other roads or other structures that are known as migratory routes of wild animals.
