This Regulation entered into force on 27 July 2007.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, lays down wild species of animals which are not required to obtain the permit for captive breeding as they do not threaten native species. These species of animals are listed in art. 2 individually for mammals, birds, fish and invertebrates.
