Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Agriculture lays down the form and manner of keeping the water cadastre, the method of reporting on data contained in the water cadastre, and access to information from the water cadastre. The water cadastre consists of an inventory of water and an inventory of water objects and facilities. The present Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); The form and manner of keeping the water cadaster (Sec. 2); Access to information from the water cadastre (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
