This text entered into force eight days after publication in the Official Gazette (published on 24 November 2021) and it shall start applying on 1 January 2022.
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines procedures, conditions and objectives of tire waste management. This text defines rules on types of such waste tires that must be collected separately, list of tires and tire products for which registration in the Waste Management Information System is mandatory; obligations and the manner of fulfillment of prescribed obligations (for all participants in the tire waste management system; manner of processing waste tires; reporting obligations. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to all types of new and/or used tires, and rubber tracks that are used in farm households. Product categories whose tires are covered by this text are: small cargo and passenger vehicles and trailers; cargo and passenger vehicles and trailers; personal and related attached vehicles; forklifts; working machines or machinery; tractors; bicycles; motorcycles; airplanes.
