This text entered into force eight days after publication in the Official Gazette (published on 24 November 2021) and it shall start applying on 1 January 2022.
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the necessary procedures, conditions and objectives of waste oil management; types of waste oils that must be collected separately; obligations and the manner of fulfilling of related obligations that are aimed for all participants in oil waste management system; manner of processing of such waste oils; obligation to keep records and submit reports. The provisions of this text shall apply to all types of collected waste oil, for the purpose of establishing a processing system and waste management, including deriving environmental and population health protection objectives.
