Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 26 articles, establishes provisions concerning waste candles. The aim of this Regulation is to ensure that waste candles are collected separately from other municipal waste, separately collected fractions of municipal waste and recycling and other forms of processing. The operator of a cemetery must have a waste management plan for candles which is made in accordance with the provisions governing waste management.
