Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine paragraphs, establishes detailed way of dealing with veterinary wastes, consisting of classification (par. 2), collection (par. 3 and 4), storage (par. 5 and 6) and transportation (par. 7) of veterinary wastes. For the purposes of these provisions veterinary wastes are divided into three categories: infectious wastes, dangerous wastes and other wastes. Therefore, during collection the veterinary wastes should be classified into one of the specified category, and then stored in the way depending on the category.
